The property were so well located close to the MRT a mole downstairs with food shops pharmacy everything we needed swimming pool was great The apartment was well equipped. It had everything we needed in fact, more big screen, TV, great Internet, extremely comfortable seats and chairs and a fully prepared kitchen with all cooking equipment.

To many cochrochers very small for four people Hard to operate the TV security couldn't help with any enquiries

It is very accessible with restaurants, 7-11 and supermarket at the ground floor. The unit looks immaculate. This is my 3rd/4th stay.

It was very clean, well stocked with accessories and nicely decorated. There is a supermarket and a couple of a fast food places very close by.

Location, unit's amenities (wifi, flat iron, hair dryer), swimming pool

All is exceptional, except for few crawling insects we noticed. Hope you will take notice of it for future guests.

“Good introduction to Phillipines and Manila”

It was convenient and comfortable for our small family of 4. Easy access to supermarket and food options downstairs. We stayed 2 nights and the kids loved the pool area.

I found cocoroch on the bed and one on wall and in the kitchen

We liked the location. It was very easy to get to and it is only 1 stop away from Magallanes (right next to the apartment) on the MRT and you are at Ayala Mall and Glorieta Malls already.

Had all the facilities required for our family of 4. Loved the access to the pool, but be prepared to provide full details to the staff at the pool of the host to charge back. Proximity to the mall and supermarket was handy.

“Very nice stay at San Lorenzo Place”

We had a very enjoyable stay in Manila at San Lorenzo Place. The apartment is in a good location, close to the airport and the city center, it is clean and well-kept, the owner is very nice and helpful and there is a beautiful view from the windows. I definitely recommend it

Convenient location right next to the MRT station making it easy to get around and avoid the infamous manila traffic. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds, hot shower, quiet A/C and all furnishings new. Good space planning in a compact sized apartment- even a desk area to work at.
