“Disappointed”
The owner did not reply and i wasn’t able to stay in the condo.. i asked for a refund they didn’t give nor i ask if i can use other day they reply so late then days have gone.. so i end up paying for a condo i never stayed at.

We stayed here in the apartment with city view for 14 days , after several extensions while waiting for our visa release. This place truly felt like our safe haven in Manila—especially for people like us who don’t have a home in the city. Having a space where we could sleep comfortably, cook and store our food in the fridge was a big comfort. For me, the place is safe and comfortable. It’s conveniently located near the embassy, stores, a mall, and a laundry shop. The staff are approachable and accommodating, which made our stay even better. Despite some flaws and unit issues, our overall experience was still very satisfying.

“Comfy stay”
Really nice apartment with a stunning view over Manila bay. The pool was the highlight for the kids. The location in the heart of Ermita is perfect, walking distance to Luneta park and Robinsons mall. Staff at the entrance/reception was super nice. Everything went easy and relaxed for us. We will most likely come back at our next visit.

The unit was spacious and the location was so accessible to Manila's tourist sites. Convenience stores, cafes, pharmacy, ATM are around the corners. Easy to get Grab bookings.

“It was a nightmare.”
The location is really good. But the room itself was very untidy. Toiletries was not on hand we had to ask not even a single toilet roll in the toilets . Had to ask pillows as they’re only 4 and we book for 9 people. The cabinet was falling apart so is the sofa bed . My nephew nearly broke and arm when it collapsed on the floor. The worst was there were small cockroaches all over the place. We literally was not able to sleep because we’re all terrified with roaches and I and my son got a bad allergic reactions to roaches bites. The price we paid was ridiculously high for the kind of amenities we had. The only consolation we had is the people in the reception were really nice and helpful. Definitely no extra beddings and we ask for extra pillows and was given two disgustingly dirty pillows with stain and all. It’s just that we’re snookered because of typhoon and my elderly mom was feeling ill and my husband had stomachache that we decided to just pull it off the 2days we book. We re very upset with the place and was all set to file a big complaint and refund for it. The place was totally not fitting to be in the booking. Com list. We’ve never seen so much cockroaches coming out in the night. The place should be removed from booking.com

Do Not Book, this is a Scam. This is an Apartment complex and Not a hotel so there is no reception, just Security Guards (who where nice but Not able to help because they are Not hotel staff) who Hand you the key. The room we booked did Not have the amenities listed on booking.com. The room had cockroaches everywhere and it was Not clean. The door did Not lock properly and the room looked nothing like the pictures. Cityview was the view to a wall. The staff refused to help and since it was Late at Night we weren‘t able to find another hotel. We left the next Morning.

The location is very accesible to all US embassy, St.Lukes Medical shops but the streets are dirty though.
