The Riviera Mansion Hotel is in Malate, Manila’s entertainment district. It overlooks the Manila Bay and is opposite a casino. The hotel offers a restaurant, massage services and free parking. “Reasonable value but Reception could be friendlier”
Well located in Malate, close to the Robinson Mall and with a 7/11 next door. Some staff were excellent but there were a couple on Reception who regarded customers and their wishes as an irritation!

“Relaxing near Manila Bay”
The hotel is across from a casino. There are many bars and restaurants and massage and KTV places nearby. The room itself was comfortable and the breakfast was decent. The restaurant staff were very friendly.

There was a terrible smell in room 425 from smoking. The room was big and clean, the bed was comfortable. But the smell from smoking spoiled the whole feeling of the stay. Luckily I only stayed in the room for one night. If you are not a smoker, ask for a non-smoking room or ask for a room without the smell.

“Good location, Good value.”
I use this hotel regularly and it's good value for money. Not the place to go if you want a room with a view though. You'll probably be looking at a brick wall or ventilation plant!
