The staff are terrific. The hotel is clean and everything works, which is not always the case. Only issue is their advertising a room with two single beds as suitable for two adults and a 16 year old. Clearly that's not suitable. I had booked this room in advance not realising the bedding situation, but on checking in I had to upgrade the room, which cost a lot more. The breakfast is reasonable value at 650 per person, pay on the day, although had to keep asking for some basic items, like fresh milk and teaspoons. Overall, worth considering for location in the heart of Chinatown, facilities and the brilliant staff.

“Great location in old Manila”
If you want to stay in old Manila and be amongst the hustle and bustle of Chinatown this is a great location. If you like walking you can explore the area which has plenty of churches and you can walk to Intramuros as well. Otherwise Grab or tuk tuk are plentiful.

The staff we're so helpful and happy. The room was spacious and clean. The location was fairly central to lots of sights. This hotel.is in Chinatown and the area is very busy day and night, so lots to see and taste!!

Perfect central location right by Chinatown – super convenient for exploring. Breakfast on the top floor was decent with a nice view. Personnel were helpful throughout, they arranged a hotel transfer to the airport.

“Great place to stay for a couple of nights!”
Room was nice and big, bathroom spacious, shower was ok. Everything was very clean and the bed really comfortable. Also loved the rooftop restaurant where we went for dinner the first night and had breakfast 2 mornings. Yummy food and big variety. All the staff was really lovely, especially Edward who was so helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived.

“Customer wishes are not the priority”
The change of room was possible over breakfast. Breakfast was good and view from the top restaurant nice. Second room was as promissed in the booking. Old town and other sights are in walking distance of the hotel.

“A very enjoyable short stay, would use the Ramada again next time I visit.”
Staff were very attentive and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a good selection of foods and service was prompt. The location was good with many shops and restaurants in the vicinity.
