“Self rated as 4 star property - it’s really 3 at best.”
The owner is very nice and helpful. The wifi worked well. The room was very quiet. It’s an easy and safe walk to the shopping centre where you can find decent food and a food supermarket. There were zero cockroaches. The building is very secure and nice security men onsite who always help you. Bed was comfy. Air con well And nice to have a fan

WiFi was free. We did not ask for an extra bed. This accommodation unit met my expectations. Mrs. Laura is a very kind person, she took us to the room, showed us the accommodation, instructed us how to use the air conditioning and TV ... everything was perfect.

“A comfortable and safe stay if you're traveling solo!”
The location proved to be convenient, with easy access to 7-Eleven and Ayala, the 30th Mall. Also, all app-based transport services were fairly easy to avail of. Lastly, Laura, the owner, is an absolute sweetheart! She was very helpful and responsive to any and all sorts of requests and queries.
