“Generally it was ok. Apartment size was good”
Residence is older and a bit worn-out, but generally it is ok. Staff are nice and friendly. Elevators all work very well. It is a reasonable location and you can walk to the malls and restaurants.

“A good hotel, just let down by some customer service aspects”
I sent at least three messages to this hotel in the period before I arrived. All were ignored, which is very poor customer service. If it is has a policy of not replying to messages on the Booking.com app, they should clearly say so rather than disappoint customers. The hotel should clarify its policy on this

“Excellent stay, wonderful staff and fabulous facilities”
This is such a nice place to stay. The staff here are so welcoming and helpful, particularly Kyle on the front desk. The breakfast is great, the gym and pool are lovely and the rooms are clean and comfortable. You can tell how hard everyone works to ensure you have a good stay.

“Friendly staff, facilities outdated, issues with cockroaches, 6/10”
The staff were friendly and helpful, which I truly appreciated. However, the overall experience was below expectations. The facilities are outdated and in need of maintenance. The room had a persistent issue with cockroaches, which was quite unpleasant. Noise levels were also high, making it difficult to get a good night’s rest. Location good, price too high for such quality.

There is a bathroom in every room. The kitchenette is stacked with dining utensils and cookwares. Friendly staff. There are restaurants in and nearby the hotel.
