The air conditioning in our room was sufficient ..the room was big the air conditioning was old, noisy, the room was still too warm for me. I had to ask for a fan so I could sleep. The air con needs a better horsepower and a new replacement.

My family stayed at this place in a time wherein we had a close family member confined at St. Luke's. It was the perfect place to rest and have as base to come and go from the hospital. We liked that it was not high-rise and had a garden and parking.

Everything. Peaceful. Beautiful Garden. Absolute consideration for smokers and privacy. Friendly staff.

Really nice hotel, very clean and style and with nice garden view. I changed my flight and arrived at 2am, it is still someone quickly open the door receiving me and did check in. Hotel surrounded with fast food restaurant and health drug store and and bookstore not far away. I don’t have too much time to explore, but so far is all good. Thanks for the hotel staff.

Defined comfort - It's a home away from home. I stayed in this property in and out for the last 2 months. Very good service. Value for money. Excellent in terms of cleanliness from linens and towels to the entire accomodation. Added garden feature is a bonus. Kudos to the whole team and keep up the good work.

Home Away from Home. I'm not used to staying in high rise buildings like apartments or Condos so finding this place in Manila that has a yard and a garden to sit, relax and breath fresh air reminds me of my home back in my country.

Clean, secure, attentive crew, large room, air/con, shower, quiet, and comfortable. The neighborhood is abundant with hospitals, stores + shops, and restaurants. Transportation is a breeze.

Great facilities, had full use of the outdoor garden spaces to chill and relax. Room was big and well equipped, along with a shared kitchen area, although I did not cook anything during my stay. Staff was friendly and helpful, despite a bit of a language barrier.
