The residence is on the upper floor and is not isolated. It is located in front of busy roads that are noisy day and night. The stairs are made of iron and require caution when going up and down, especially for the elderly and those carrying suitcases.

“Very very basic but cheap and good value overall.”
A very basic accommodation at a backpacker level with no frills - but clean, helpful staff and overall value for money. Handy to the airport @ 30 mins (not 12 mins as stated!) A late checkout was allowed for small additional payment

“Very Convenient and Comfortable Place”
I like the place because it's accessible to the main road (C5). It is also convenient to fast food chains and carenderia stalls. 1 ride to market market and BGC, SM Aura, and Guadalupe. Very comfortable too because it has aircon and netflix and smart tv. There's also an honesty store outside the rooms which is very convenient.
