Its accessible to the City, very safe accommodation, staff is nice, complete facilities. There's just one toilet and bathroom for more than 10 people so it is a bit hard when we try to use it at the same time. But overall its good accomodation affordable.

The staff of the apartment was very accommodating to our requests. There was just a slight concern with the airconditioning in the living room which prompted us to borrow a stand fan. But other than that, it exceeded our expectations especially for what it's worth.

The property is clean and comfortable. There’s everything we need from cooking utensils, water dispenser the place is fully air conditioned. We are 11 people but the place is more than enough for all of us. The beds mattresses are excellent good quality. We Had a good night sleep. The location is very close to the supermarket Savemore, fast food like jollibee, kfc, etc.. You can easily book a grab or go by commute from this location. There’s enough parking space too if u have ur own car. The staff are very accommodating and respond to any enquiry promptly from the day I book up to the day we checked out. We are very happy with our stay. Thanks CEV mansions will highly recommend this place.

“Home away from home”

It is very spacious, excellent for a large group of people travelling. We only stayed overnight but it did not feel like a rash stay. We had a good rest. It is very close to shops like Save More, Jollibee, KFC, Mercury Drug Store, 7-Eleven. You can also cook for yourselves if you prefer to. We had two cars but the building has its own enclosed private parking so we had no issues. It is a residential area close to Manila's tourist spots like the Ocean Park and Intramuros. It is only a half-hour drive away from the airport.

The place is very spacious with complete utensils and equipment. The rooms are very cozy too. Perfect place if you have 12 people to gather. The place is also accessible to supermarkets and transportation. We will definitely go here again
