“If you're looking for a comfy, clean, well located apartment with all the facilities, this is it.”
I loved the apartment. I really appreciated the clever design and ingenious use of space. The owner really thought about all the details - lots of hooks and pegs to hang things up, hand soap next to the sink, clear instructions including how to access wifi. I loved the popcorn machine, fooseball table and dartboard. It was just so fun staying here. 2 min walk to the most beautiful mall. Laundry within the basement of the building. little coffee shop and supermarket downstairs. Adequate gym. Safe, clean part of Manila.

“Amazing place, great for families.”
Everything. My whole family, especially the children loved it here. We have stayed in luxurious hotels but this is by far our favourite place to stay. The host clearly put a lot of thought in setting this place up and it's all to the benefit of people staying here. It's definitely Family and Pet friendly. Here are some of my favourite things about this place: 1. Location - Multiple shops literally few seconds walk from the building including a 24r convenience store and a laundry shop. Venice Grand Canal Mall takes 3-5 minute walk. 2. Amenities - This place has a very good amenities. It's more than we've ever seen in an accomodation EVER. The host also provided water, cooking oil, condiments, washing up liquid, shower gels, shampoo/conditioner and much more. 3. Interior Design - It's smaller than the expensive hotels we've stayed at but the way it was designed, it seems to have an equal amount of space compared with those. 4. Family and Pet Friendly - There's foosball table, Crossbow, arrows and target pieces, Amazing projector for movie nights, another TV in the bedroom. Bunkbed and Sofa beds for bigger families. Pet accessories are provided too. 5. Value for Money We would definitely stay here again when we go back to the Philippines.
