The small apartment was absoluty wonderful. We had all we need , its beautiful, the terase its so nice, the pool.... Levs , the girl was nice and friendly. If you are looking for wonderful time in Manila , this apartment its perfect in Urban Azure Resort. We love it so much.

Levs was absolutely amazing; she was so quick to answer any of my questions and offer support in any way she could. She was super responsive and very dedicated to making even just a one-night stay the best it could be. Nancy our host also was able to accommodate us with extended check-out hours because we had an evening flight! Could not be happier with these hosts and highly recommend staying here.

“Fraudulent host with serious breaches of Hotel/Accommodation ethics.”
Host demanded(privately via WhatsApp) that I only review 9 or more, if not then not to bother putting a review. Host also asked that any feedback be sent directly to her via WhatsApp and not put publicly on here. When I challenged this and didn't agree to do it she marked my visit as 'Cancelled/No show'. Essentially committing Review Fraud. Can say with 100% conviction that this was the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. It genuinely does damage to the Booking.com brand being visible on the platform.

“Perfect for group staycation!”
Felis helped us with the swift entry in the property. Nancy as well gave instructions days before our booking so we know what we'll do. The room was spacious for 3. The theme of the room is very nice and luxurious. Bathroom is clean too. Things inside the property looks new and clean. Most of all, our room is facing the pool/garden. So its nice to take photos!
