It is my third time at the Manila Lotus Hotel and i am so happy with the facilities and the kindness of the staff, don’t hesitate to book a room here, you have everything you need around the hotel 7 Eleven, Robinsons is just at 3 minutes walk across the street

“Shabby but central”
The location is good in the middle of Ermita. The lobby is nice and the staff very helpful. The breakfast is fine.

The location and value for money. The hotel is very cheap and the room is quite big in size compare to the newly built. The 24 hour guard - the parking space is on the street hence you will have peace of mind if you have a car parked outside.

The whole place needs an upgrade, breakfast not as nice as before,no safe in the room, staff not very well trained to look for things eg 2 mornings in a row..noon coffee cups
