The manner of all the staff and the cleanliness of this hotel was exceptional we had one small issue where smart television would not connect to the internet, but within 1 minute of phoning reception the maintenance guy was at our room fixing the problem. Without doubt if I am staying in Manila again this is the first hotel I will be wanting to book into 10 out of 10 on all fronts

“welcoming and comfortable”
room was comfortable, clean , neat. Micha from housekeeping was outstanding- speedily rectified any wrongs as well as responded to needs. Breakfast buffet had a variety to choose from. Ysa,Trea,Czenna at reception were helpful and good at their job. The hotel is within walking distance to the museum, china town, rizal park, intramuros.

Lovely, spacious room, delicious breakfast and extremely helpful staff. Even flagged down a taxi for us when there was a sudden downpour and it was looking like we'd miss our flight.
