“Decent hotel for short stay”

The rooms were cleaned and the beds were comfortable. The staff were lovely.

The staff always insured the coffee was ready by 0630hrs 4 me. Once they saw i was a former SOLDIER the RESPECTS 🙏 were outstanding and when I wasn't there 4 coffee by 0630hrs. They checked on me when I arrived 2 insure I was ok. The experience of CHRISTMAS 🎄 and NEW YR. Was beyond my expectations. I can't thank HEROES HOTEL ENOUGH. Even put in video on Facebook of experience and GRATATUDE 2 HEROES HOTEL 🏨.

This is my go to hotel in Manila. Convenient, friendly staff and amazing amenities.

Clean comfy room, friendly staff.

Superfriendly staff (both at the reception and in the restaurant). The room was very clean. Breakfast is not included, but you can buy it in the restaurant. It was really tasty. You can enjoy free black coffee aswell. What I liked the most was free water. I really support this idea (I think there should be unlimited free water everywhere for everyone). There was a jug in the room and water in the hall.

Location was very good, close to places we wanted to visit and with good connection to the airport. Rooms were clean and spacious. Bathroom was very good, we even had hot water. Noise of outside was almost zero, rare in Manila. TV with Netflix is a plus for a family with kids. The pool and jaccuzi were very nice. A 711 located next to it is very convenient. Breakfast was good but bit expensive.

A good sized room with a balcony. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was good. Getting a little worn but it was no issue to me. There is a pool and spa upstairs alone with a bar and restaurant. There is also filtered water on some (maybe all) levels. There are cakes or doughnuts as you enter. There is a 7/11 right next door. The staff were so helpful and accommodating.

We stayed at their Suite Room and it is very spacious. Super lamig din ng aircon sa room. The bed and pillows are very comfortable to sleep :)

Apart from Heroes Hotel's themed rooms, their Heritage Resto Bar's various food selections were all 2 thumbs up! Definitely value for money for the amenities and great staff service. My family and I enjoyed our stay and we'd definitely book again. Thank you, Heroes Hotel!
