“A good place for staycation”
Overall, the apartment is clean. It is also huge and enough for 4 adults. There are 2 rooms enough to accommodate 4 pax. 1 person will have to sleep on the couch or on the floor of room 1. Anyway, there's an extra bedding in the cabinet for that purpose. I love the lighting and the interior design. And it is a plus that we can cook and bake at the apartment. I love the pools. Although we didn't swim, we visited the pool areas and we can say that they were clean. I love the design of the Palm Residences itself. Looks like we are in Thailand by looking at the photos that we took in the swimming pool areas. The check-in process was very smooth. The location is very accessible. There is also a SaveMore supermarket nearby so if you need something, you can go to SaveMore for all your needs.

“Overall a nice place for three people, not 4, excellent caretaker service!”
It had two bathrooms, was clean and tidy, however this place only sleeps three and we had booked for four! There was a very thin uncomfortable matttess from the cupboard as the 4th bed, I consider this as false advertising and a report submitted to booking.com

Care-taker Lorna was very helpful and attentive! The apartment was beautiful and very practical. Location was also excellent. We would very much like to recommend this place. We will definitely book this apartment again for our next trip.

the apartment is really excellent. large, spacious, comfortable, well equipped and clean. you will find everything you need. wifi is a huge bonus. security on site, access to the pool, but also a playground for children. Overall, we had peace and great comfort during our stay. Shops are a short walk away. we didn't have a problem with the taxi service either. the owner and careteekar were perfect, helpful. thank you for a pleasant vacation and maybe see you again in a year ☺️ K.
