We stay there for 1 month..The unit is in one of tallest building in the area, and has a good Lobby, nice viewing on top, just only 5 mins walk for shopping mall, and dozens of restaurants as well, all in walking distance, for trips the area has plenty of vacant grab drivers to bring you safe, for a fair price and discussion free all over the town,Christian the owner very attentive and reachable when needed, me and my husband definitely comeback again nice condo with a good aircondition and very clean TV with Netflix that my husband really enjoy watching , wifi really fast I would love to stay here again for my next visit, nice place owner easy to deal with. recommendable to stay.

The place is very neat and a good place to stay longer. Very close to my workplace & walking distance to SM Megamall and MRT. The property owner is very friendly and resposive as well which made our stay very comfortable.

I Selectef the place because of its close proximity to my office but, the bonus is that because of the units availability of basic cooking facilities that we are stll able to cook and prepare healthy food. The availability of strong WIFi connection is a plus and my daughter enjoyed the netflix too. On top of that Mr Christian, the owner is a top host and making sure our stay was comfortable despite of his location overseas he is always available online to answer our queries.

“Worth the money”
Over-all, its worth the money. It's centrally located within the reach of Mandaluyong and Pasig. Within the vicinity are various establishment so easy access to most of the things you need. Smooth check-in and check-out as well. The view from the property was also very good especially if you like seeing tall buildings and the busy metro roads.

There's a microwave, and washing machine. The owner is hands-on and accomodating. The place is clean. Wifi is fast. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we are comfortable. Great place.
