Strong WiFi and comfortable bed in the room. Included 2 pillows and a free towel to use. Free drinking water. Not far from some nice cafés / bars / restaurants. They allowed me to keep my suitcase stored there after checkout the next day.

It's a quiet place with great wifi and nice stuff. I felt at home.

The rooms a great. The big dorm is even better that the small due to the facilities. They clean more than once a day. The staff is friendly and the food is good and cheap. I have extended the stay for several days 🙌🏽

I like everything in Crossroads. If have the chance again to check in, I'll definitely book again. I did get separate anxiety upon checking out. Nice bread and jam. Also unli coffee and tea. 🥹🫶🏻. My duty Mandaluyong is superb because of crossroads hostel manila. Thank you!

“typical dormitory.”

I arrived Manila after 7pm, the staff used stickers show me how to open the door, how to find my room and bed.

Great communication. I arrived late due to my flight, which meant there was no reception (they leave at 7pm), but they have a very easy self check it procedure. Beds were comfortable, and everything was clean.

Affordable, clean, very accessible. Staff is accommodating.

Smooth check in /out. They have a back up process for late check in which was highly appreciated. Great value for money. Amazing and accommodating staffs and crew. Located near the main roads and 24/7 establishments.

The place is near to the bus terminal and other public transportation. There are shopping malls, supermarket and coffee shops.

The strong Wi-Fi and deco pieces with beautiful words on them. The staff were super friendly and hospitable as well.

“Disappointing stay”

The photos do not reflect the reality of the place, which is much more run-down. The breakfast also does not match the photos. The bathroom taps only work if you hold them (which makes it impossible to wash both hands at the same time or make a cup shape to wash your face, for example). The common area is unbearably hot. Although not the dirtiest place in the world, it wasn’t particularly clean either (I saw cockroaches during breakfast). The guests are 90% Filipino, and I encountered some with poor manners. The sockets are loose and make chargers fall out, and they’re the only ones in all of Asia where I needed a different adapter. On top of all this, the guy at reception was really, really bad. Issues with reception: • I booked well in advance and mentioned several times that I needed a lower bunk bed. Of course, when I arrived, I didn’t get one. I insisted again but without success. • I was not given a locker key unless I specifically asked for one. • When I asked if they had a plug adapter, he told me to go buy one. After I insisted, he found one in a drawer and lent it to me for the stay. • When I asked for a place to eat, he had no suggestion. • At all 4 breakfasts, I had to ask and wait for things to be restocked. Given that the breakfast is poor (bread and jam), area is small and right next to reception, I don’t think that’s acceptable. • On one of the mornings, I asked for more jam. They said yes, but 20 minutes later, when I followed up, they told me it was past breakfast time (even though I had asked well within the schedule). All in all, it's very bad. Worst place I've stayed on my trip so far, and I don't recommend it.

“Everyone needs a crossroads”

The hostel was immaculate. The staff were extremely friendly. The beds were comfy. The offer of having cup of noodles when ever was great. Cosy vibes. Even tho the road is noisy and busy once in the hostel you gear very little noise.
