I stayed in the Executive Room, and it was absolutely beautiful..spacious, clean, and very comfortable. From the moment we checked in, the staff were incredibly accommodating. Special thanks to Benson, who was very helpful and assisted us with our luggage. The receptionists were also friendly, professional, and welcoming. They even allowed me to photocopy my passport, which I needed for my appointments. I also loved the ambiance of the hotel. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The room was well-sized, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom with everything you need. The breakfast was ok, but not as good as I expected based on all the comments I saw. The pool is really nice and also the spa area. The staff was really nice and helpful.

I had a great stay. The hotel is in an excellent location, everything was clean and tidy, and the host was very helpful. Outstanding value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Long wait at lifts which are also used heavily by staff. Seems no service elevator. Hot throughout the building except for the lobby.

“To me City Garden always delivers in an area where competition is hot.”
Love the staff, also the proximity. I like stand alone showers so stepping into a shower over a bath isn't ideal. Showers in Asia can be hit or miss, ie. too cold, too hot, low water pressure or difficult to adjust. City Garden was fine.
