At the root top bar they keep asking many time the room number to regular custeìmer, but then it’s of disturbing lady boy and nobody ask anything to’ them , not good

5 star service from the staffs. Thank you to Ralph who made great efforts to help me celebrate my wife's birthday. Oh, can I also add that the buffet breakfast was exceptional. One of the best buffet breakfast selections I ever had.

Superb Hotel !!! The room, big, modern, clean, big bathroom, great pool with jacuzzi, incredibly helpful staff, but most important - the breakfast (haven’t seen so many options in SE Asia hotels so far - european, american, indian, japanese, korean, even pakistan dishes - so diversify and super good !!) We had a late flight and we could use the spa at tur 9th floor to take a quick shower and change, although we checked out early morning ! thank you staff 🙏🏻🙏🏻! kudos and all 10s to everyone !!
