1. Reasonably-sized, well-furnished condo The condo is tastefully furnished, with smart TVs in the living room and master’s bedroom. The master’s bedroom is on the side of the balcony and has a double bed, ample cabinets and built-in table counters. The window opens onto the balcony. Even on the 23rd floor, traffic noise is very audible and would wake me up by 6:30 a.m. even with earplugs. The adjacent motels play loud music until past 11 p.m. in the evenings. The second bedroom is on the side of the front door and has a bed with a pull-out bed and drawers. As the window faces the courtyard, you will likely never raise the blinds or open the windows due to privacy and security concerns. You can hear people walking by and cleaning the common areas early in the morning. Each bedroom has a powerful air-conditioner, and there is a third air-conditioner in the living room. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric stove, large refrigerator, microwave and toaster. Plates, glasses, cups and cutlery are provided. A water dispenser is provided, along with free water refills. The bathroom is of an ample size, with a shower and water heater. There is plenty of bathroom counter space and shelves. A built-in blow-dryer is attached to the wall. A washing machine is installed in the bathroom. Due to the lack of space for drying clothes, however, I just opted to avail of a laundry service which picked up and delivered my clothes. 2. Reasonably central location in a well-managed condominium complex Lumiere is adjacent to a row of motels. Google Maps indicates that Megamall is 15 minutes away but it took at least 30 minutes, with traffic along Shaw Boulevard being slow-moving with many stoplights. Estancia is 10 minutes away. NAIA Terminal 3 takes 1 hour to get to even if Google Maps indicates 30 minutes. Makati CBD is about 30 minutes away, and BGC about 15 minutes. I would nevertheless prefer a condo with more direct access to EDSA.

The location is perfect and the place is very clean. You would want to take care of the place because it is very homey. Perfect for relaxation.
