“I am highly disappointed with their service and attitude.”
I booked it for 5 nights, but it was double booking and they cancelled mine on the same day I arrived to LA. They gave me another unit in different building, but only for the first 2 nights and after that I had to move to different unit for the last 3 nights. I spent almost all day to solve the problem calling and writing because their feedback was very slow and inefficient, but after all the effort and time that I had to spend at the end I had to stay in units which didn't have laundry machine, inside terrace, bath tub, etc. informed in the web.
