We had a medical emergency and the staff was very helpful, also they let us stay for late check out without any complaints. The room could look better, toilet and tv is old,but I want to give a good score for the employees there. Thank you guys!!

Lovely hotel with welcoming staff. Our junior suite was fantastic with all your needs for a comfortable stay. Lots of facilities within the hotel that would have been nice if available. Good breakfast and evening meal was great.

Location wise, the hotel it's found in a great spot, with a fantastic view to the mountains and to the sea. The restaurant serves excellent food. And the staff was really friendly.

“A wonderful hotel spoiled by bad service”

This was one of the few hotels we found that had an outdoor pool open in October so we basically had the pool to ourselves. The outside area was beautiful and the room was very comfortable. There weren't very many people at the hotel as it was off-season and it's also outside the city so it was also very quiet, but I'm not sure that would be the case if there were more guests. There was plenty of parking available and the hillside location was wonderful. The breakfast was very decent considering what the traditional Italian breakfast is.

“NICE HOTEL WITH SUPER VIEW IN THE GARGANO”

We were given the room that we booked with a nice balcony ( 2 chairs and small table ) and had a nice view of San Giovanni di Ritondo ( Padre Pio - now San Pio ) , 2 Single beds - room a little small but still had a fridge and work space and considering the price with breakfast included was great value for money . Some people have complained about the Reception but I found them to be correct and diligent - you dont expect someone to be holding up a Welcome Banner at a large hotel like this with many Tour Groups . Supplied us with extra pillows when requested and perfect on check out , including later check out at 11.45 am .

“Not for me”

Nice hotel but its location is too far from the city. If you don't have a car you will have a lot of trouble. There is no official taxi system in the city anyway.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. Very good location, close to the beach and town centre.

It was a great experience in Regiohotel. I will definitely recommend staying if you are planning a trip around. Very comfortable and clean rooms, service was great and breakfast was delicious!
