The concept and location were really nice.

It s a lovely tiny house at the harbor directly at the seaside. All clean and nicely done. Restaurants are directly at the corner. The stuff was absolutely lovely and helpful! One can sit outside and we had a lovely view.

L'acceuil ! Check in was for 4pm and we were there before. No indication on booking.com as to the location of the house boat so we concluded we would be met at the marina entrance. After 45 minutes and 3 phone calls : "Yes he's coming", then eventually vague instructions on how to find the houseboat. Luckily a marina employee was able to tell us where we would find it. When we arrived 2 men were leaning on the railings just chatting. Why try and encourage people to turn up at 4 pm ? No sheets were on the 2nd bed so when they were produced we had to make up the bed ourselves. The marina was very noisy - a techno concert which did quieten down at about 9pm but started up again later during the night. Also the directions on the site were wrong as when we were next to the marina the directions indicated we had another 1.1 km to walk.

The houseboat is amazing, perfect place for leaving everyday stress behind. The boat is relatively new and was very clean. The marina is surrounded by cafes, bars and simple restaurants. A simple Italian breakfast is included and is served at one of these cafes. Manfredonia is quite small but has a nice pedestrian area. We enjoyed our stay a lot!!!!

A great marina and a lot of fun to stay on a House boat, very helpful staff who organised a taxi for us at short notice. The sunset was incredible.

A truly houseboat with all facilities in the port next to pubs and restaurants. We've loved it!

Lovely location in the marina n manfredonia. Several nice restaurants around the edge of the marina and an easy stroll into town to see the castle and other sights in the town. The boat was clean and comfortable and there was a small but pleasant deck for sitting out to enjoy the evening sunshine. We stayed out of high season but it was very good value for money including coupons for breakfast taken in one of the restaurants in the marina.

Everything was great! The place was fabulous! The boathouse was amazing!

A very comfortable space for up to 4 people, where both bedrooms can be closed. A large fridge allows you to cool wine and store tapas products. Throughout the new marina there are many pubs and restaurants with a variety of menus where everyone will find something for themselves, both for breakfast and in the evening. The communicative owner conducts check-in efficiently. The terrace with deckchairs encourages to laziness.
