“RE-LAX-ATION”

A great place; for us, to have a relaxing place to stay in between busy touring schedules. The property is gives the vibes of "being on an island" with swimming pool, palms and lush greenery. Our Junior suite was roomy and well appointed with an outdoor seating with table and chairs. Breakfast was tasty and relaxed. A bonus was having a wonderful restaurant attached to the property - the Masseria de Sal. We really recommend you stay.

A beautiful facility in classic Italian style. A wonderful quiet relaxation area by the pool. A wonderful atmosphere in the evening and at night. You can order wine and drinks by the pool, so what more could you want :). The only downside is that there are a lot of flies, I don't know why there are so many.

Masseria Sorani is a beautiful and comfortable hotel within a tranquil setting. The gardens are lovely and are perfect to relax in by the pool. The hosts are kind and attentive. They helped us out with travel arrangements when our plans became unstuck. A great and gentle welcome was given by the hotel dog every time we returned and he walked us to our room. Having a very fine restaurant next door was an added bonus.

Very charmingly decorated property. Lovely garden and pool. Simple but perfect breakfast and lovely shady seating arrangements around the pool. We loved our stay here and want to come back! Especially appreciated the kind hosts and their sweet Dog Yuma. The Cactus fruit and tomatoes harvested from the garden were delicious and much appreciated!

Wow, what can I say? This place is truly a gem in paradise. The property is simply breathtaking, and the service from the owners is out of this world. The rooms are incredibly clean, spacious, and have a lot of character. The owners are amazing!

“A beautiful stay in a well-cherished Masseria.”

Of all the properties we booked in Puglia (9) this was the highlight of our holiday. Driving down the lane to Masseria Sorani amid an olive grove I felt we had found an oasis of beauty and calm. Maria and Francesco were most attentive hosts and I had plentiful opportunities to practise my Italian, which makes a change! Having the Masseria di Sale restaurant next door made life even easier, and we ate out there both nights. I hope to be back very soon.

This is an extended Noble country estate, with 4 rooms, beautifully done of the corridor that guests can sit outside of the room. The swimming pool is big enough for exercise and relaxing. The owner couple is sooooooo nice friendly and helpful! The whole setup makes your stay comfortable and feel like home! We love Uma, their German shepherd as well super sweet! The breakfast also has big variety and either sit in the garden or a very comfy spacious kitchen. Room set up is very complete with everything that you need! The restaurant adjacent is more than traditional Italian one, with creative fusion menu - we like it!

Lovely stay - host was wonderful and the room was very comfortable and large. Very good value for money. Easy check in and check out process.

“Perfection”

Best B&B I’ve ever stayed in. Was visiting for a wedding nearby and needed somewhere to relax in between organised events. It is truly stunning and has a great area to sunbathe and swim. The hosts are extremely kind (I requested some gluten free breakfast options and they happily provided). They also provided the number of a great taxi driver. If I’m in the area again, I’ll definitely be staying here.

“A quiet place to stay amongst the olive groves.”

The room was very comfortable with a lovely aspect. It was quiet and restful. Our hosts were very obliging and the breakfast provided was lovely with plenty of variety. The Masseria is near a very good restaurant, which was convenient.

I thought it wouldn't look like the pictures, as it looks so nice. But it really is as pretty and detailed as the pictures show. The buildings, garden, and pool area are super pretty. The lady in reception was super nice and there is lots of seating place around. Which makes it very relaxing to be there during the afternoon in between city or beach hopping. For some reason, there were no other guests during our October stay, and it made it all the more luxurious. Also, the masseria del sale is amazing, slightly more luxurious than the average restaurant that we visited to during our week in Puglia but so worth it. Would recommend to book when you read this!

Masseria Sorani is an absolute dream! The owners are beautiful persons, always ready to help. The farmhouse is honestly stunning (not luxurious, but very authentique). Everything works really well, breakfast is very italian and authentique which we loved! It's also super intimate because there's only 4 rooms - which for me was a massive bonus - as there's a big pool as well! Thank you so much!
