“Perfect Apartment”
The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious and very comfortable. It had everything you needed, including a coffee machine (with pods), WiFi, washing machine and air conditioning to name a few. Alessandro was a very good host, greeted us with a lovely bottle of local primitivo wine, also we had a few snacks and drinks in the fridge. He was very helpful if we asked for advice/help for anything. There was a good guide on best places to go or to eat. Beds were comfortable with a change of linen and towels available. Would definitely go back. 10/15 min walk into Manduria and about 20 min drive from San Pietro in Bevagna beach. Thank you Alessandro.

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Vacanze La Primitiva, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. This lovely vacation home surpassed all our expectations, making our trip unforgettable. Immaculately clean, with family-friendly amenities, equipped by hosts who thought a lot about the experience of staying in a house and the things you might need there. Of course, the hosts were simply outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. From recommending nearby family-friendly activities to reserving a fantastic restaurant for us, their warm and helpful nature made us feel like we were staying with friends rather than at a rental.

We were very nicely surprised by very nicely furnished, new and very well maintained and quite spacious apartment (given italian standards that we experienced before). Really nice bathroom. Very nice were all the little extra things in the apartment like good quality hairdryer, nice welcome refreshment and all necessities that you may need. Also spacious seating area on the court yard. And the owners also communicated very nicely and quickly. This apartment is close to the 2 wineries that we needed, so for us it was absolutely perfect choice.
