Overview
Surrounded by olive groves, the family-run Petrinos Lofos is located on the foothills of Rodopi Mountains, 5 km away from Vistonida Lake. It includes an outdoor swimming pool, a sauna, a fitness room and a restaurant. Enjoying free Wi-Fi, the air-conditioned rooms are decorated in warm colours and open out to a balcony overlooking the surrounding countryside. “A wonderful find.”
This was a terrific find, a real gem of a hotel. Location may look a bit in the middle of nowhere, but in reality it's setting is superb, views out to the sea one side and mountains the other. Pool was clean and good sized. Breakfast was a veritable feast and best of holiday. Room good sized, clean and comfortable. Walking trails just a 5 minute walk away with tonnes of early morning wildlife seen. Such a shame could only stay one night.

The most perfect place! The views are incredible, the area is beautiful and away from the tourist areas. The pool was always quiet, breakfast was always fresh and delicious. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful and gave us lots of information to have the best stay possible. Would definitely recommend it to anyone! ❤️

“An absolute delight”
Lovely hosts. Outstanding breakfast with views of the sea from the front of the hotel and mountains behind. Used the hotel last year and will certainly return in the summer. Beach and restaurants are a five minute drive away and location is peaceful and quiet.

“Wonderfull, we will come back again.”
Location of the hotel is very close to main e90 highway. The owners of the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Even though we arrived very late, they waited for us. The hotel is very suitable for resting and relaxing, we went in winter but I'm sure it will be much nicer in summer too. The rooms were clean and the furniture was of good quality. It is very successful in terms of price and performance.

“Exelent place for a quiet and romantic vacation”
Devoted quiet place in the agricultural fields as a reminiscence of an ancient greco-roman "hacienda" with an olive grove with a discrete sea view and far from neighboring traffic, dwellings and industries. Ambiance in architecture, indoor style, park and swimming pool with kids'section. Breakfast at option indoor or outdoor. Helpful English speaking hosts. I have already been a guest 2018 and I do claim service has not changed though the Covid stress. Perfect for balanced families with own car and good-mannered-kids. Three dogs & a cat are very friendly to kids and pets' lovers and probably needed to keep security feeling but should occasional barking at night not add rural romance to yr stay do require a room"at the back" with a view to the mythological Rhodopi mountains where U can have a day drive(60kms one way picturesque narrow road) to another EU-Balkan country. I will definitely come back again.

“Excellent.”
A great, little find for my family of 6, with 4 children! Away from the crowd, and yet close enough. Great for a morning run, a swim , explore the area all the way to Thassos island…and a chill out. Would definitely recommend breakfast in there . Would love to come back!
