“Lovely apartment set in beautiful grounds in an incredible location!”

The setting was absolutely beautiful - right on the shores of Lake Como with stunning views and access to a small private beach and jetty. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped, and the ceiling fans in the bedrooms helped during the hot nights. The beds were great and kitchen/dining facilities were good - as others have said, the kitchen was small but this wasn’t a problem for us at all. Luca was extremely welcoming and helpful in advance and throughout our stay, and ensured that we had all the information we needed to make our visit as smooth as possible. We spent most of our 4 days by and in the lake but also did car trips out to Bellagio and Lecco, both pretty towns. We would thoroughly recommend Luca’s lovely property for anyone wanting a tranquil and scenic holiday!

“Nature, mountains, lake.”

Excellent location, great view to the lake and the mountains, quiet and beautiful, nature in the palm of your hand. Large spacious house, private garden, fruit trees, barbecue area, hammock, private beach and access to the lake. The house has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a hall. There is also a table in the hall, but we had lunch in the open air or at a table near the kitchen. There is Parking on the territory of the house. The owner is super responsive, on the day of arrival we were a little stuck in traffic and he greeted us very warmly, the next day we met him again, and he told us where it was better to go and which places to visit first. Luca has been in touch with us all the time on any issue. Luca, thank you so much !!!! We hope to come to your apartment’s again.

Very nice host! He was accommodating and super nice. The place was right by the lake, and perfect for a swim. There are even sun beds! I loved staying here!

Amazing place, description provided is accurate and the photos don't do justice to this place. The host provided accurate info about the property with videos etc. It is spacious and has all facilities I was looking for. It is in a quite place in the lake, best for people with a car as public transport is limited here.
