The place is in a secluded area. Remote but not too remote. Definitely need a car or motorcycle to get there. The view from the place of lake and mountains is beautiful. Breakfast is extra €10.

The host was exceptionally nice, he made sure that everything was to my wishes and gave me a all the information about his property and the area and made sure my stay was comfortable. The hospitality was incredible, the room and the breakfast was great and I will definitely come here again whenever I am in the area!

“Recommended only in high season”
Location close to Mandello and perfect if you come with car. Stunning views from the bed. Something magic at night. We are sure that in summer has to be a good spot were to spend time.

Place is placed in an absolutely picturesque location in the middle of the town, clean tidy with excellent views, owners are absolutely fantastic to deal with. Theres a small restaurant 50 yards up where you can have excellent meal at a bargain price. Theres a small path where you can ride your motorcycle all the way up and park it in front of main door away from the very quiet street that leads to owners private vineyard. If youre looking for quiet clean place to spend the night on your travels, this is the place .

The views were amazing! Half way up the mountain but completely accessible by car. Easy check in. Comfortable clean room with amazing view. The breakfast fabulous. The host very friendly and helpful. Loved it.

Cleanliness and comfort were fantastic, as well as the view from the property. The outdoor seating has a great set up, with plenty of shelter for the wet days. The hosts were incredibly kind and hospitable, bringing us coffee upon arrival, as well as driving us into Mandello del Lario to save us a walk in the pouring rain.
