“Horrible experience for a chain hotel”
The location was very far from town and it was difficult to get an uber ride. Staff does not speak English. The hotel charge an extra 12% surcharge when I paid by credit card?! Room was not clean. Hotel was unable to waive off one night as my flight was delayed by a whole day saying I informed them after 2pm. Breakfast offering was meagre. Bathroom so small the gap just about let you enter. The view of run down buildings,

“we just want the money payed be returned.”
We paid for three nights, we had to leave early, we just stay for a night and the money of the other two night was not reimbursed in our credit card until now, i made several calls to the hotel finantial staff, with no results

“Anne - the Concierge staff was amazing!”
It was a great stay and perfect for us as we wanted somewhere close to the airport and close to the city! The staff were so kind and helpful! Especially Anne, she was so kind and helpful! Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Great staff, great location and great value for money

“Good stay, safe and quiet location in Manaus”
Staff was welcoming and helped me with a corporate issue. Breakfast was good, the restaurant was good and room service was a bit slow but worked well. Location is a bit far from main roads, and uber still doesn't quite know how to get there, but worked well for me as it was quiet.
