“A good choice for a short stay with great staff, especially James”

Location was good. Hotel clean and staff helpful. Seamless check in and also allowed a late check out at no charge. Nice pool though no shaded areas. However, we MUST make special mention of a front desk staff member, JAMES. He is absolutely the most helpful and accommodating person. He went out of his way to assist us with translations, spoke excellent English, recommended places to eat; nothing was too much trouble. We have never experienced excellence on this scale. He is an asset to the hotel and he made all the difference to our stay

Good location next to the big shopping mall where you can find everything! Drive to the airport is about 30 min, drive to the Municipal market for the River excursions about 20min.

A good location just outside of the city (15 minutes) and a 20 minute drive from the main dock for trips to the Amazon. It is near to a large shopping centre and within walking distance of a few restaurants and a supermarket. The hotel itself is pretty and the rooms are neat and clean enough. They have sufficient facilities, a comfortable bed and were generally quiet. The gym was well-equipped, cool and clean and perfect for a "spruce-up" workout. The best feature was the reception staff who were positive, friendly and very approachable. There was also a small table with free flavoured water and coffee (no milk). Overall, it is a great hotel and I would recommend staying here for the cool, comfortable rooms and good location with friendly and kind reception staff. But if you want somewhere with facilities to relax at the hotel with a drink, we went to the hotel down the road.

Great breakfast with lots of choices. Location non so close to the center but in a residential area. Large room for an adequate rate but not a fancy place.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. A large selection and food was well prepared. The location is fine, though not in the center of the city. But there are food options and a mall within a short walk.
