“Cosy stay, amazing staff, good food and services”
We enjoyed our stay very much. Staff were always friendly and helpful, even when I was waking up at 5 am and needed coffee. Not to mention they helped us plan the Amazon tours and we had a blast. Pool area is always attended to and clean, you have a place to do your own laundry fast, breakfast - lunch - dinner very good and diverse. All in all a very good stay and for sure a very good value for money. It is not in the center, but with Uber you arrive instantly and rides are super cheap in all directions.

“Had a couple of issues, but the massage was great”
I booked a massage at the hotel and the masseuse was amazing! Super nice and the treatment was top notch. The receptionist who checked us in spoke in English and was very nice.

“Great overnight stay with young kids.”
The pool was fab, Nice sunset over the pool, family room. Great, hot shower. Good and Varied breakfast. Small playroom by the reception desk. We only stayed a night, arrived after an overnight trip in the jungle and had a perfect pool day before our next flight.

“Everything you expect from a Novotel.”
Staff was awesome. We arrived a bit earlier and the receptionist set us up with wifi so we could work. She also arranged that the tv in the lobby would show the EURO cup on my request. As soon as a room was available she handed us the key. The pool is heated and very clean. Nice place to relax a bit. We had dinner at the restaurant which was very good too.
