There was one very kind and helpful receptionist (the youngest one). The breakfast was super good!

Some staff are extremely nice but others not so. The location is good and the breakfast, even though not free, is nice.

The staff were amazing! Seriously helped us out after some trouble with an airline. The stayed on the phone and spoke to the staff for us. Location isn’t that great as there’s not much around but that didn’t bother us. Nice clean room.

Very good location to explore Manaus, lots of eating facilities in the neighborhood. The staff spoke perfect English and were very helpful. There was airco in the room which was very needed since it was really hot. Warm shower. Fridge in the room to keep some drinks cool.

Room was very large, plenty of storage for my things. The fridge was a good size and I was happy that there was good air conditioning. The breakfast was also very good and we were able to leave our bags in storage and use the communal area after check out whilst we waited for our flight.

People of the staff are really nice. Rooms are big. Lots pf shop around the hotel. The small main square is 10 minutes by walk.

It was clean. Fresh. Safe. The lovely gentlemen that checked us in was very sweet and spoke perfect english which made us feel safe as we arrived at 3am in the morning after 48hrs of travel. Which was also another amazing thing - flexibility with check in time! Bed and pillows VERY comfy and aircon which was a gift.

All in all ok to use as a base for a few nights in the city, the location was quite convenient as you can walk to most of the city attractions. Staff was fine, breakfast was good too.
