“Clean, modern, quiet hotel with good breakfasts”

Was able up store our bags here while we left for an Amazon trip for two nights. Spacious bedrooms.

Large comfortable rooms. Rooftop swimming pool. Situated in what felt like a safe area.

Very comfortable and spacious room with all necessary amenities. Excelent choice for breakfast. Fantastic pool on the roof with beautiful view on Manaus. Extremely helpful staff, solved fast all our problems and helped with luggage.

I requested a big bed and I got two little beds that were next to each other.

Breakfast was really good. Staff friendly and helpful but sometimes unknowledgeable. Taxis in Manaus overcharged several times (not hotels fault).

The basic problem was that no matter which channel I communicated with them (booking, email), they always addressed me by a different name, not by my name. My name can be clearly found out from the communication and I was the only one communicating with the hotel all along. Sometimes they switched from English to another language. The nightmare was at the front desk when checking in. It took 5 minutes to make a copy of my passport. He entered a completely different name on the login page than the real one. Check-in took about 20 minutes. On the afternoon of check-in, I indicated that I wanted to pay the bill for the room. He said - the same person I checked in with in the morning - had already paid. As for me - it's impossible, I can only remember when I paid and when I didn't.

Very good food in restaurant, well organised personel staf.

We chose this hotel by the misleading information from Booking.com, this hotel it’s quite far away from the city of Manaus, there’s nothing interesting around, I think they don’t pay enough to their staff as they look very sour. We paid for 4 weeks but we couldn’t stay longer than 2 weeks. In our floor they were doing renovations and there’s construction noise very loud from 8 am till 5 pm every single day, with so much dust that my husband developed an eye infection, we weren’t told that they would be working till I complained and I was told that they have scheduled another 3 weeks of renovation. Zero respect towards.
