Do not stay here!! After already paying for 2 rooms, the young girl on reception tried to trick us out of staying in this hotel. She lied and said one room was no longer available, and tried to move us into a lesser hotel next door (which cost less to stay in). When I said I would still keep one room in this original hotel, she informed me that we could after all have the two rooms. This was to try and get us to stay in a lesser hotel for the same price which I'd already paid and forfeit the prepaid breakfast. This was a blatant scam.

“Lazy personal and sleepless nights”
I have stayed here 4 days and they dindnt want to clean our room. I put extra the sign that i want my room to be cleaned but with no succes. The hotel is just above the bars that are till 4 am partying, so if you are planning to sleep here , take a guess ? No you cant

Location was great, close to shops and restaurants..and the lively square...there was a bit of noise from the square but it ended by 11pm, so it was fine.. Breakfast was good and they also allowed us to check in earlier, which was great!

“Little paradise in the center of Manaus”
The best hotel to stay in Manaus. Excellent location, amazing facilities, and the staff is just the cherry on top. I'll not stay anywhere else every time I'll come to Manaus. You feel yourself in a hidden paradise. The pool and breakfast area is fantastic, the fact that the Amazon Theatre is across the street is really good. The area is safe. At night, people enjoy the music and weather sitting at the benches in the main square. This place is a true gem. Plus points for the restaurant across the square called Tambaqui de Banda. Amazing food.

“2 or 3* budget hotel option”
The hotel presents well and care has been taken in the refurbishment. It is a strong attempt at creating something boutique in feeling. The staff were very kind and the woman who checked us in spoke fluent English. If you consider this to be a 2 or 3* budget option you are unlikely to be disappointed.
