The place did not match the listing and was very disappointing. It’s advertised as a full unit (20 m²) with a kitchenette, but there was no stove/cooktop, so you can’t really cook. The room is extremely small—I couldn’t even fully open my suitcase. The kitchen area gets very hot and there was no fan. Cleanliness was poor on arrival (dirty bathroom/WC, dead insects) and I also had cockroaches in the room. The location is inconvenient and the entrance area often has trash outside. Overall the value is poor compared to much better options in central Manaus.

“Okay for a shortterm stay”
Super easy Check-in also at Night, always available host and the price for the houses are fair. It was also clean in total.

We only stayed for a few hours because we had a tour booked. But the room was comfortable
