“Consistently Good Stay with Improved Room, but Service Inconsistency on Promised Amenities”
This was a repeat stay, which reflects a positive prior experience. The allocated room was an upgrade compared to the previous visit, offering increased space and a location on the higher floors. The inclusion of in-room amenities such as a tea set added to the overall comfort and convenience of the stay.

“Really it was excellent.”
It was really good . Everything was good. Breakfast was good. Only room rent was little bit expensive for me. No problem, everything was good.

This hotel is amazing. Staff are very accommodating and very patient they had no English and me no Portuguese. They were amazing. The rooms are quite large and they have the most comfortable beds and pillows I have ever experienced around the world.
