“Green area cleaned and check every appliances like AC and bathroom are functioning before the people”
What i liked the most was, everytime I had a question or something was wrong with the apartment. The staff rapidly respond to my discomfort. Also the bed was so comfortable.

“Great property to stay at, as long as everything works”
Great location, away from the hassle of San Juan. A local beach is a 10 minute walk down the road. Pool area is clean. Comfy bed, and spacious rooms.

“Waiing outside the property and waiting for instruction more than an hour is unacceptable”
The location. There are outdoor facilities in the property that could be very good for large group that are comming with children and focused on cooking/plaing/swining. However for us as couple that just came for a night this was useless.

“Did not get, what the pictures suggested, several basics did not work, crazy addititional costs.”

“Very good”
Everything was very good...I would like some courtesy coffe pouches and I have to say that you have to be a mentalist to operate the shower knobs(open/close valves) 😅 But loved it I would recommend the place.
