“Very disappointed with the staff not taking care of the NOISE of barking dog and screaming children”
The room and bed were good but about 11 PM after we had been asleep for over an hour we heard a dog barking and barking next door to us. That plus a bunch of children screaming and crying moved into that room. It went on for over an hour and still barking and loud children. We finally called the front desk and they said they would send someone to check on the situation, but it didn't stop. It went on for a long time. It was ridiculous. So we didn't even get to enjoy the comfy beds or pretty room. We had to get up early the next morning, so to say the least we were very disappointed in our stay to your hotel.

“Nice stay.”
Nice location --very closed to the park and not far from the historic downtown. nice breakfast, comfortable bed. the room was very clean. Water pressure of the shower was good which really gave us a good restful night.
