Room was good, internet was fine. Housekeeping was doing a good job. The laundry facilities were very reasonable and useful. Location of the hotel is good, as there are a number of eateries around.

“I never stayed.”
I did NOT like anything I did not stay there. I was not able to take my trip due to covid. The hotel refused to cancel my stay. I was charged for the full room fee. Would it have been right if I traveled there and probably infected the staff and other guest. No it wouldn't have. My reason requesting what due to something beyond my control. I would have traveled there for a wedding of a family member and unfortunately I could not travel to attend. Under these circumstances I feel this hotel should have waived the stay or at least charged a small canceled fee not the entire room charge.
