Breakfast afforded many options. Kitchen staff was nice and helpful. My room was large and clean. Lobby is spacious and clean, and nothing smelled like cigarette smoke (always a plus).

I booked a room knowing that pets are allowed. On arrival the receptionist was really unfriendly and asked to pay $50 for a per night. We have non shed little dog (14 pounds) and it felt as a robbery to pay $50 per pet when the room for three was $100 including breakfast. I wanted to negotiate a price, but as I said the receptionist was unfriendly. I though already booking.com should have warned/notified me of an excessive additional charge for a dog. I cancelled the stay and was forced to look for another accommodation at 10PM.

They have online the option to pay cash and when I got to the location they didn’t have that option. They also did not want to help us get a room after we already had spoke to someone before that said they did accept cash at check in.

Could not say as we never got checked into the hotel. The people at booking.com however have been great and responsive to my issue.

Clean hotel with big rooms. All what is needed was present. The hotel also offered breakfast; although US breakfast it offered plenty of choices for those that want to avoid a too sugary breakfast: eggs, yoghurt, fruit... The price-quality rating of this hotel is very good.
