The property has a stunning sunset view at the garden. It was very quiet, just a bit walking from the village centre and the railway station. The host-Roberto, who is a very nice guy. He contacted us several days before and shared some useful information and instruction videos, etc. He met us when we parked and led us to the property.

To start with by being greeted by Roberto at the station entrance set the experience up with help to the accomodation. The view from garden seating, with a complimentary wine and a cheese/fruit platter we put together from the local deli enhanced our stay above the usual.( a great recommendation by Roberto). The room is comfortable and the little picture windows looking outside had character

“Perfect for a short stay in Manarola”

Sunset Manarola is a compact but charming apartment located at the top of the village of Manarola. From street level it is up a couple of flights of steep and narrow steps, but the reward is the amazing views from the small terrace where we ate breakfast every morning and enjoyed drinks and magnificent sunsets each evening. The owner, Roberto, is a perfect host who could not be more helpful. He thoughtfully provided coffee, water and snacks for our arrival and gave us lots of advice about the village, best restaurants etc. The apartment is clean and comfortable and the bathroom is newly tiled. It suited us very well for our three day stay in Manarola and we have no hesitation in recommending Roberto's property to others.

This is the best property in Manarola for the view - 2 terraces at the highest point of the village. The sunset views were truly magnificent. Roberto was an amazing host and nothing was too much trouble - we needed some washing done and he very kindly took it away and returned it all within a couple of hours - now that's service! I would recommend staying at Sunset as long as you understand it's not a 5* hotel!

Roberto the owner was very welcoming and helpful. The property was very clean and comfortable. It was so peaceful there, and the view from the garden was incredible (especially at sunset).

We have beautiful sea view and privacy as the apartment is located almost at the top of the cliff. There is a small garden outside to sit to enjoy the view. Host Roberto was very responsive to any questions I text before our check in. He also met us on the day of check in and check out. Also he helped to carry 2 of our medium size bags up the slope and stairs💪.He also took the extra effort to come to fix the coffee machine when we text him about it.

high location at top of town so stairs up like the north face of the Eiger but nice views from small terrace / garden. Kitchen ceiling low for tall people but nice clean cosy apartment. Small as expected for the area but very clean and functional. Roberto very helpful.

The host was an excellent communicator. He was always very responsive to any of our queries. The apartment was like staying in a ship, with a lovely little (square) porthole overlooking the ocean. It was extremely private.
