“Eventful and relaxing!”
It’s right in the center of the city and easily accessible to other places. Close to the delicious restaurants, brunch spots, beach, Souk and malls. The staff is very friendly and attentive. There is a small gym, which we loved! We will definitely be back.

Hotel is well located and easy to access, plenty of parking on site, good restaurants within the hotel. Hotel is clean, all required toiletries are available within the room. Staff in general were helpful and polite.

As soon as we walked in noticed water leak . We complained and they sent for the plumber who then fixed the problem. The the TV wouldn't work we complained and the sent the IT tech to fix it took sometime and it was fixed. Then The fridge was not working we complained and they sent for a staff member who then replaced it. All during these we were offered another room which we declined because of rooms set up. To be honest they were co-operative and have responded to our complaints immediately. I suggest that room must be thoroughly checked before they are being offered to guests. We have waisted valuable time because of this ordeal.
