“Yes, there were few shortcomings in the room due to ageing and overuse but it dont bother me mch.”
Rooms are large and overwhelmingly spacious, there was a dedicated parking space with easy access to the hotel. Rooms were quite. Staff were courteous and friendly.

“A deeply disappointing stay with poor service, unmet promises, and unacceptable conditions.”
The experience at this property was deeply disappointing and far below expectations. First, the curtain in my suite was broken, making it impossible to close and enjoy a proper night’s sleep. This is a basic comfort that should never have been overlooked. To make matters worse, the suite had a terrible smell, reminiscent of dust, which made the stay uncomfortable from the start. When I went for breakfast at 9:00 AM (a meal included in my reservation) there was nothing available. Instead, I was offered to order from the menu, which I did not like nor expect, especially given the promise of a proper breakfast service. Furthermore, I had requested a special arrangement well in advance of my arrival. Not only was this arrangement not prepared, but I was also not informed that it would require additional time. I only discovered this upon arrival, which left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a guest. Overall, this was an incredibly poor experience that fell short on multiple levels. Unfortunately, it’s a stay I will never repeat at this property.

“Good value for money in a good location”
The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. Good location in the center of Juffair. Everything is basically in walking distance. Stayed here many times over the last years and will come again.
