“disappointment”

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at the villa booked through your platform. Unfortunately, several issues negatively impacted our experience: No Services Delivered: Despite requesting services from reception, none were fulfilled during our stay. Misleading Photos: The actual condition of the villa was significantly different from what was shown in the booking photos. Lack of Basic Amenities: We requested an electricity extension to connect the TV with the receiver, but were informed it was not available, which limited our ability to use basic entertainment equipment.

A private swimming pool is a nice idea for families. Quiet area. Clean beds.

The power came off at 9 AM. I was trying to call them. They fixed it over an hour and a half. They changed my villa that’s why I didn’t like. everything else was good.

Price and service perfect and the capacity of pax Everything was clean and im planing to come again with my family

The staff was very accomodating to our requests. check in was very easy as we drove. it is a little bit hard to find but got there in the end. as we pre warned that we would have a late check in they were very accommodating. anything we needed they were available to get and any technical issues were very quickly fixed. the villa offers privacy and the beds were very comfortable. the shower had enough pressure. what was in the kitchen did work. the place is very very spacious the pool was clean and regularly checked on which was nice.
