“This hotel is a big mistake”
This hotel was a big mistake. First of all, the staff tried to charge us $130 (seriously 130 USD!! after a talk to the manager 90 USD!!!!) for storing our two suitcases for three days. We had to leave the hotel to go to Corn Island, and we had a later booking to return — which we eventually canceled. During our one night stay, around 3 p.m., there was maintenance work in the pool, so we couldn’t use it for two hours. You can imagine how disappointed our children were. Breakfast was also late. We asked for it to be ready at 7 a.m. (as they told us breakfast starts at 7) because we were in a hurry to catch an airport taxi, but the staff prepared it 20 minutes later. Additionally, the staff did not speak any English at all.

Stylish hotel with a pleasant interior and a nice pool area. Very friendly personnel. Good neighborhood for Managua standards.

The rooms are very comfortable and spotless, and the receptionist, security guards, and waiters were all very attentive. The photos match the place 100%. This was my best experience in Nicaragua, even compared to hotels in tourist areas. I am very happy to know I can count on this place for my future trips.

“GOOD ENOUGH FOR THE PRICE”

“Nice place for all types of travelers”
The place is in a very quiet neighborhood. I love having hot water for showers. My husband took a refreshing dip in the pool. The included breakfast was a big portion and delicious. The quality of the coffee was very good. Very friendly and helpful staff.

“Beautiful Feng Shui Designed Hotel: Tranquilo”
This is a lovely little hotel with Feng Shui design of gardens and very clean swimming pool providing tranquility and harmony. Great corner of calm away from the noise of the city. Excellent breakfast, security is good and the guy at the desk was the most helpful person I have come across yet. He had excellent manners, did everything and beyond-it has some lovely rooms to recline in and the decor is creative and alive.
