Arturo was wonderful. He made me coffee at odd times when he knew I needed one. Was always cheerful to open the door (it's kept locked which makes me feel very safe) say hello and go the extra mile. I'LL BE BACK!

Bedclothes and shower no clean

Had a 6am flight I can’t speak Spanish the staff arranged a taxi for 4am and knocked on door when taxi arrived. Very great full. Thank you.

Hotel was great. The staff was super friendly. They were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. Hotels was beautiful. It was close to everything, but off the main strip enough that it was quiet and private.

“Incredibly accommodating”

This hotel is amazing. The staff doesn’t speak much English, but we don’t speak any Spanish so we can’t hold it against them. We just google translated everything. The staff is incredibly nice, and they helped set up our transport. With this I mean that we told them where we wanted to go and they told us to relax and the taxi showed up, put our stuff in the back and brought us to the bus stop and made sure we got on the right bus. Rooms are big and very clean, hot water is available. They also gave us bottles of water everyday. Breakfast is very good and the setting is really relaxing. Also they have airconditioning. There were no mosquitos in our room, so that was also nice. The property is gated, so if you want to go in or out, they have to unlock the gate for you. This felt very safe! At night there is always someone present at the front desk. We loved our stay, and so will you!

The staff were so kind and helpful. Great breakfast. Felt safe as a solo female traveller. Lovely colonial style hotel.
