We had such a beautiful stay with Eduardo here. He looked after us like family. The room was spotless, the bed was so comfy, the tv had Netflix and the breakfast was so delicious. We wish we were staying longer. Thank you!

The owners are so kind and welcoming, the breakfast in the backyard with beautiful birds and trees was delicious. The price was super reasonable and location is quiet yet close to everything! Highly recommend.

“Excellent”
Excellent service an help from the owners, really go out of their way to help with anything, taxis, advice about the city etc. Really felt safe and looked after. Great breakfast with nice coffee.

“Cheap option in Managua, at least on Booking...”
-nice, family house in villa neigborhood- thats mean its clean, quiet, but just walls and gates around; -clean, AC and TV rooms; -preparing a take away breakfast as I was leaving very early; -taxi booking for early morning (expensive, I need to pay full price, even if I shared taxi with other guests, and they need to pay full price as well); -nice, smiling owners;

We stayed here when we arrived in Nicaragua and accidentally took the room key with us. Since we had such a lovely stay here, we decided to stay here again before we go back home. Eduardo and Sonya are such a nice and helpful couple. They ordered a taxi for us as well as pizza. Breakfast is really nice and the room key got back to its owner as well :) Thank you so much for making our stay in Managua easy and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Located a short walk from the UCA shuttle bus station in Managua. Good place to stay for 1 night if passing through the city. Within walking distance to the Metro Centro mall.

I booked last minute around 8pm before I took my flight and I arrived in the middle of the night around 3 or 4am from the airport. The owners were absolutely adorable, very flexible and so kind and helpful. They waited for me for the check-in. And provided a lot of tips and support when I work up, including for helping book a taxi. The room is quite basic but very clean and comfortable. The bathroom has hot shower which was really nice, but more over it is only 5min from the bus station so very convenient. All in all, I highly recommended this place and it's owners. I would stay again here if I had to transit for the airport again. Thank you so much for the warm welcoming and the help provided.

“Makes you feel like at home”
It’s a very lovely family run hotel. The backyard is very nice to relax and Eduardo and his whole family are wonderful people. Their English ist very good and we enjoyed our time there a lot.
