We were charged twice for our booking, after battling with booking.com for a refund and getting nowhere we contacted the hotel directly and they did issue a refund. Very disappointed to have been charged twice.

The personnel was very friendly and helpful, which made the stay pleasant from the very beginning. The room was comfortable for a one-night stay; however, I would not prefer to stay here for a longer period of a few days. The biggest advantage of the room was the spacious bathroom, which was very convenient and well-designed. Additionally, the hotel’s main highlight was the common area – it featured a cozy fireplace and plenty of seating, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for relaxing.

Nice, modern facilities. We wish we had stayed longer so we could have used all the facilities. We were there at the end of September, so we can only imagine it is even nicer in winter. The bidet in the bathroom was a nice surprise.

Nice hotel, well equipped. Small pool but jacuzzi was great. Friendly staff, at reception and bar/restaurant. Liked the braseros, and common spaces. Nicely decorated everywhere.
