It was very clean and has everything we needed for a relaxing weekend stay. The host was very helpful and very responsive. He also provided us with events, restaurants and tours we could partake in.

We will definitely book here again. Fabulous host, easy to contact. Property was excellent, 3 spacious bedrooms all with on-suite. Large living area and kitchen. Laundry room also and lovely outside area to sit in.

The property, the host, the proximity to the beach, the clubhouse's pool and swings. Spencer (host) was exceptional. Knowing that my children were having a birthday treat, he got us a cake names and candles included. He is now family :). This is the 2nd property that I am staying at that is hosted by Spencer and I can tell you 'home away from home' does not fully give justice to the house and its environs. Absolutely a great experience.

Jam Vibes was a lovely villa. Very comfortable felt like you were at home. The host was excellent. Greeted us with complimentary snacks and drinks. Contactable throughout out our stay. Location excellent.

I like the fact that the house was in the vicinity to restaurants beaches etc,the host was very accommodating,he was on point n very attentive,would definitely go back.

Location was soon after the end of the highway. Restaurants and convenience stores all around. Gated community so we felt very safe. Tennis courts, basketball court and pool. Host was very attentive.

The property exceeded my expectations, but the highlight of our time here was the host, Mr Spencer he kept in constant dialog with us even before we got to the property and giving us the necessary information that we needed. Thank you, Spencer. We will definitely be staying here again .

Everything was lovely, the villa is so nice in a great location. Spencer the host is an amazing guy who goes above and beyond. i highly recommend this villa. The pool was great and we had an amazing time here. It is close to Ocho Rios with loads of activities nearby. There was Aircon in the rooms and we felt very secure and safe at all times

location is great i liked how the Ac was blasting,utensils were clean,hot water was ALWAYS running and the internet was great! overall the entire place just gave great vibes🤍

It was easy to get access to places all over. Its like we are right in the heart of everything. When you look up the road, theres fast food restaurants all over, when you look down, theres gas station, supermarket and all. Within less than a minute you reach where ever you want to go. I loved it at Jam Vibes villa. The host is very friendly trust me.

Jam Vibes villa is the place to be! Starting from the beginning with the host (Spencer) who was super professional and went above our expectations. In addition, the villa was very welcoming, clean and comfortable. I would certainly recommend as a place for a getaway with your love one, family trip or a girls vacation. Also, it is located in a very central area location, close by to KFC, Starbucks, beaches, Supermarket and 10 minutes away from Oc hi Rios.
