We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect from the very beginning. The staff were absolutely wonderful — always kind, helpful, and professional. Every request we had was fulfilled immediately. For example, when I needed eye drops, they arranged them for me without any problem. They also picked me up from airport without any issues after arranged it in advance and organized my transport to the airport as well. If there is any way they can help or accommodate you, they will truly do their best. The breakfasts were also very good, and there was always something everyone could choose from. Fresh fruits for breakfast was nice every morning. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We would definitely love to come back!

Beautiful accommodation with hot water and spacious, well-designed rooms. The sea is crystal clear, and we were able to snorkel and even see larger fish. The property is located at the bottom of a cliff, but the stairs are surprisingly easy to climb. The sea entrance can be wavy, so it may not be ideal for smaller children (I would say under 10 years old). There is a convenient restaurant just outside the hotel where you can have breakfast and meals throughout the day. Laundry service is also available on-site. We truly enjoyed our stay, especially the beautiful sunset views.

Tongatok Cliff Resort was a nice places for us to relax and to make trips over the island. The bungalow is simple but comfortable and the staffs keep it clean daily although I told them no need to clean everyday. The included breakfast is very nutritional and tasty for our foreign stomachs. The owners Frank and Jessa and all the staff especially Paz, the manager, are very kind to us and attentive to everything. Frank drove us to the city center for groceries. The best part for us is the ocean under the cliff. Stairs down is clean and quiet ocean water, perfect for our daily morning-swimming. There are also many fishes and corals for snorkeling. Ocean View Villa is in superb location. We liked very much and extended our stay 2 days more. Resort staff was very helpful and rented car was waiting us at airport and after leaving they transferred us to ferry terminal.

2nd time on camiguin island and 1st time at Tongatok cliff resort the staff where fantastic and the food was great. Great views of the sea and overall just a great location.

Fantastic location of the Ocean Villa overlooking the sea but a bit scary when the storm hit. Room size was impressive and everything worked. Restaurant staff overall very good.

The view is really beautiful,the staffs are very friendly. we stay there for 4 nighs,3 nights in the villa,1night in the garden view room. For the last day we thought our room is breakfast included,but it is not.Only the 3 nights in the villa is breakfast included.But,the staffs are really nice and generous gives for free . The water heater in the villa is not working one of the nights,and we need to use the bathroom at othet room,but the staff fixed in the next day.
